Author Guidelines
Upload of Final Version (All Categories)
EnviroInfo 2006 distinguishes long papers (8 pages), short papers (4 pages) and poster presentations (1 page). The deadline for submitting the final, camera-ready version of your contribution is 22 May 2006 (at least one author of each accepted paper must register and pay the conference fee by 29 May 2006 to ensure inclusion of the paper in the conference proceedings). Please incorporate the reviewers' requested changes and proof-read this version carefully, as you will not be able to modify the manuscript at a later stage.
The final versions have to uploaded to the paper submission system as either MS Word (.doc) or RTF files. For editing purposes, we cannot accept .dot, .ps or .pdf files. Please use the following templates, which are identical to those provided with the original call for papers:
Additional Note on Poster Presentations
A one-page summary of poster presentations will appear in the proceedings - i.e., not the poster itself. This one-page summary has to follow the same guidelines as long and short papers, and use the templates and online submissions system described above. For the posters, EnviroInfo-2006 does not have stringent guidelines with regards to style and formatting. While the preferred format is one large-format display (pinboards are being provided), we also accept a collection of A4/A3 documents that illustrate a process or timeline, for example. You only have to submit the camera-ready version of the one-page summary by 22 May 2006, but not the the poster itself prior to the conference.
